The XTRAIL Xplorer Offroad is designed for the off-road traveller. It features a two-metre-long extended drawbar, eight-leaf AL-KO Outback off-road eye-to-eye rebound shackle springs (instead of the common seven-leaf spring) with greaseable bolts and quality shock absorbers. It also features a 45mm square axle, 10-inch drum with both electric brakes and handbrake, three high-quality brand-new GoodYear or SAVA 31x10.50R15 tyres on six-stud LandCruiser-pattern steel rims, high underbody clearance, 10-inch AL-KO premium-grade solid rubber swing up jockey wheel, Polyblock off-road coupling, and both the trailer box and toolbox are dustproof and watertight.

The high-quality XTRAIL stainless steel tailgate kitchen incorporates two slide rail drawers and a flip-out bench with stainless steel sink. It also features a lockable paddle latch on front panel and is upgradable to a huge rear slide-out kitchen with SMEV four-burner stove plus grill. The trailer box is trimmed with marine carpet to not only avoid your storage boxes sliding around inside, but also to absorb shock and sound.

The trailer incorporates two jerry can holders and two gas bottle holders positioned down the sides of the trailer. It also features bright, submersible LED lights, AL-KO quick-release corner steadies (AL-KO window legs shown), rear receiver for a bike carrying rack and greaseable hinge on the tailgate.

The Xplorer Offroad features a 65L off-road water tank (upgradable to 108L stainless steel water tank), quality shock absorbers, and a bushed spring hanger with greaseable bolts to prolong the life of the trailer during off-road travel. The suspension is also upgradable to XTRAIL’s coil-spring independent suspension system.

Our lockable jerry can and gas bottle holders, with a side-mount hand pump for easy access to water from the underbody water tank. An additional hand pump is located on the kitchen.

Huge 1200(W) x 800(D) x 550(H) weathersealed lockable toolbox to carry your off-road tools or place your power system, fridge, etc. It can be customised to have side doors at an additional cost.
