 XTRAIL is a professional camper trailer developer, manufacturer and supplier focusing on developing heavy duty, high quality semi-off-road and off-road camper trailers and camper vans, as well as custom design and custom-made trailers of various applications for the Australian market.
XTRAIL specialise in designing and manufacturing not only heavy duty off-road camper trailers, but also manufacture many of our own parts such as independent coil spring suspension systems, Nylon/Polyurethane bushed shackle spring hangers, stabilising legs, coil and leaf springs, electric brake backing plates and drum hubs. In addition to this, XTRAIL also manufacture our own accessories including stainless steel kitchens, stainless water tank, stainless gull wing box, Pure Sine Wave inverter chargers, switching power systems, the deluxe battery box and camping mats.
 All our trailers are designed, fabricated and manufactured in house, in Australia, which allows XTRAIL to have impressive quality control.
Equipped with the latest, brand-new metal fabrication machinery such as a bi-directional cold saw, shear, CNC press brake, ironworker, tube bender and industrial welding equipment, we are capable of creating both custom made and standard design trailers of various types, not just camper trailers.
Most XTRAIL accessories and parts are generic designs, meaning they are a universal fit and very easy to install. This is done so that anyone with minimal mechanical experience can modify and upgrade their camper trailer easily without breaking the bank. Free technical support is also provided, regardless of whether or not you purchase XTRAIL products.

Because our trailer production process is 100% in house, we have full control in our design, workmanship and customisation needs. The full development and manufacturing process all the way through from product design, prototyping, testing, fabrication, construction and welding, spray painting, and fitting are all done by our highly qualified and experienced technical staff. We are proud to offer a three-year structural warranty on every one of our trailer models sold.
During our products’ life cycle, we are constantly carrying out field tests, as well as listening to the voluntary owners of XTRAIL camper trailers. Every single suggestion and recommendation made by our customers is noted and discussed with our production team in order to improve our camper trailers, making them able to stand up to anything the Australian outback can throw at them.
From time to time, we send our camper trailer packages to impartial experts for review. Those reviews have been published in both 4WD Action magazine and Camper Trailer Touring magazine. Review DVDs are also produced for potential customers, especially from interstate, so they can know more about our packages before spending their hard-earned cash.
XTRAIL also have a strong connection with local 4WD club members. From time to time, we also provide our camper trailer packages (mainly high-end models) to 4WD enthusiasts for real-world field testing.

We provide a kids’ play area with cartoons and toys to keep your 1–12 year old kids busy while you have a thorough inspection of our trailers and production process. We have found more often than not that it was harder to get the kids to leave when Mum and Dad were finished!
XTRAIL aim to supply a superb-quality camper trailer at a competitive price. At initial glance, some potential customers have been driven off by our price. However, after comparing with similar products, more often than not they have found that our products are extremely well priced against our competitors.
At XTRAIL, we do not try to set a low initial buy price to get you on board, only to then keep adding up the dollars for every little feature. Our packages are quite well equipped.
